Flare systems is a facility that deals with the discharge of combustible gases by means of combustion. It usually consists of discharge piping, dispensing equipment, flame arresting equipment, flare burner, ignition system, flare barrel and other components.
Flare systems have a wide range of applications in the industrial field, such as in petrochemical, refining, natural gas processing and other industries. Its main function is to burn off the combustible gases safely in the production process when there is an emergency or when it is necessary to discharge the combustible gases, in order to prevent the gas leakage from causing fires, explosions and other dangerous accidents, and to protect the production safety and environmental safety. According to different installation locations and structural characteristics, flare systems can be divided into overhead flares, ground flares and other types.
